- Hay Wagon to deliver guests to the ceremony
- Rehearsal- Day before event and time to decorate for event
- Private and Separate Staging Areas for Bride and Groom. This provides a place to relax while you leisurely start your day.
- Game Room for Groom & Groomsmen that includes a pool table and darts.
- Choice of personal vendors, caterers
- May use your own resources for catering
- Provide your own alcohol with bartender who is TIP certified with liability insurance
- Flexibility to create a signature style event with welcome cocktail as guests arrive
- Event Coordinator:

- guidance throughout planning process to assist with table layout, and final walk through
- Overnight accommodations, gifted in package, for Bride & Groom's event night.
What locations do you offer within Stove Prairie Ranch?
We offer a variety of sites within our venue:
- Stone Gazebo: can be used for a ceremony site, cocktails, cigar bar, bourbon tasting
- Upper Amphitheater: 3 unique areas to choose from and used for ceremonies
- Upper Barn: used as a welcome center
- Corral Lounge: used as a welcome with a signature cocktail area
- Tree Grotto: set up with market lights and stone benches that is perfect for pictures
- Meadow Lawn: used for games
- Stone Terrace with Fountain: set up with market lights
- Bridal & Groom Staging area
- Propane Fire Pit
What options do you have for welcoming guests to the venue on the wedding day?
We ask our clients to supply "greeters" to welcome guests and give info. Our "Corral Lounge" equipped with vintage wagon, is used as a staging for welcome signature cocktails and small bites. Guests can mingle and get the party started before boarding the wagon to be delivered to the ceremony site.
Do you have staff available to assist with setting up and breaking down?
Stove Prairie Ranch staff set up tables and chairs for all ceremony and reception sites. Clients are responsible, at the end of an event, to clean up venue area, placing trash in receptacles, and gathering all items they have brought in. Clients are allowed to gather their decorations the morning after the event so you don't have to worry that night.
Do you have vendors that you work with (DJs, caterers, transportation, etc.) ?
Stove Prairie Ranch has a complete preferred vendor list that clients may choose from or bring in a vendor from their own resources.
Do I need to rent my own tables, tent, chairs, and place settings?
We provide chairs, tables, and cocktail tables with covers. Clients will need to provide table-settings, including: plates, flatware, glassware, linens or napkins.
What hotels are available in the area?
Fort Collins is only a 37 minute drive down the mountain. You have a variety of hotels to choose from such as:

Is this site handicap accessible?
We have ADA parking and ramp to terrace, ADA restrooms. We also have a car to deliver fragile guests to the ceremony site.
Do you allow alcohol to be served at events at Stove Prairie Ranch?
Clients may provide their own alcohol for the event as long as they have a TIP certified bartender with Alcohol Liability Insurance.
Can you bring food from home for the event?
You must have a licensed caterer with products made from a commercial kitchen. They also must have a Certificate of Insurance (COI) sent to the venue naming Stove Prairie Ranch for event.
